Suzanne Crowell is an operations specialist with Strategic Communications and works with clients on projects ranging from database management to order entry and process improvement. Suzanne has 13 years experience in an entrepreneurial setting where she had responsibilities for managing staff, bookkeeping/account management and customer service. She is extremely detail-oriented and has a passion for customer service.
Justin Grensing is a communication specialist with Strategic Communications involved primarily with research and writing activities and projects. A former business reporter for the Wisconsin State Journal, Justin is a native of Chippewa Falls, Wis. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison where he majored in Journalism, Economics and Political Science. He is currently a dual degree student at the Carlson School of Management and the University of Minnesota Law School.
Emma Smith is a communication specialist for Strategic Communications where she works with clients and media relation consultants to develop news releases, contributed articles and support social media activities. Currently a junior at UW Eau Claire, Emma is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Music. Emma is actively involved on campus as director of the Open.Eau Claire project, as a Campus Ambassador and as a flutist with the university's Symphony Orchestra.
Linda Pophal is owner/CEO of Strategic Communications, LLC, and a marketing and communication strategist with 20+ years experience. She has managed all aspects of corporate and marketing communication including employee communication, public relations, advertising, market research and brand management. Pophal has developed and implemented communication plans for internal and external audiences, generating measurable results based on client goals. She has developed and delivered training programs for national and local audiences on all aspects of communication management and employee relations.
